Here at Gusto, we are dedicated to creating authentic food, supporting local producers and sourcing staples directly from Italy. Each dish is a combination of flavorful ingredients, prepared in the traditional fashion with the addition of a few innovative twists. Since opening in 2015, we have delighted in sharing our passion with our customers. Everything from our pizzas to our pastas is made from scratch, lovingly prepared and served.
Our pizza starts with the crust. To capture the essence of Italian cooking, we use natural wheat flour imported Northern Italy. This flour produces a thinner, crunchier crust. We add a simple sauce, bursting with fresh tomato flavor, topped with our housemade mozzarella cheese, and of course other fresh toppings. Our wood fired oven heats to roughly 800 degrees, in which each pizza is baked for a matter of minutes. This process allows the crust to rise and enhance the flavor and aromas. The result is a light and flavorful authentic Italian pizza.
Our handcrafted pasta is made daily by our sister company Bigoli Fresh Pasta. Since 2012, Chef Michele Cremonese has dedicated himself to producing the best artisan pasta possible. The flavors are an ode to his Italian heritage in Verona, Italy. Using traditional recipes, local organic produce, wild seafood, organic flour and eggs, Bigoli has gained a reputation for high quality pasta. This exceptional product is the base for each of our pasta dishes.

A dedicated team in both the front and back of the house ensures a wonderful meal.
